My Little Companion currently sells products only within Singapore. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Delivery Time Formula:
Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time
Handling Time: 1 business day (Monday to Saturday).
All products go through a production process before shipping, contributing to the handling time.
Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 06:00 pm (GMT+08:00) Singapore Standard Time (Singapore) will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Carrier & Tracking Information:
We use Ninjavan as our shipping career. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. This tracking number will be activated within 24 hours. You can easily track your order here.
Change of Address:
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at hello@mylilcompanion.com or call us at +65 8078 1558 within 24 hours of placing your order. Please note that we cannot change the shipping address once your order is in transit.
